What we collect, and what we don't.

The site sets no analytics and no tracking cookies. The only information we receive from you is what you type into the request-access or contact forms: your name, work email, company, role, and the problem you describe. That goes to us by email and is used for exactly one purpose — responding to you.

We don’t sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. If you want what you sent deleted, email vikas@thinkerwave.com and it will be.

ThinkerWave runs on your machine. Your problem data stays on that machine during a run. Model calls go to the provider you configure, using credentials you hold — under that provider’s terms, which you already have a relationship with. We do not receive your problems, your data, or your answers.
