Terms
Plain terms.
ThinkerWave is available by invitation. These are the working terms for the site and early access; your invite may come with a fuller agreement.
Access
Access to the product is by invitation. An invitation is personal to you and your organisation and isn’t transferable. We may decline or withdraw access at our discretion while the product is in its invitation phase.
What the output is
ThinkerWave produces analysis: an answer, the criteria it judged against, and the trail of how it got there. It is decision support — not financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Decisions you take on the basis of a run, and the validation of its output, remain your responsibility.
The engine is built to be honest about uncertainty — including refusing malformed questions — but no system, human or machine, is guaranteed to be right. Do not treat any single output as settled truth on a question that matters.
Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the problems, data, and documents you point the product at, and to the outputs of your runs. We don’t receive them (see Privacy), so we make no claim over them.
Model providers
Runs use model APIs under credentials you hold. Your use of those APIs is governed by your agreement with the provider, including their pricing and acceptable-use terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkerWave is provided "as is" during the invitation phase, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of its output.
